I will meditate for 15 minutes every day. I will meditate monday-friday at 730am, before I get ready for work. On weekends, I will meditate whenever I wake up. If I don't meditate at those times, for whatever reason, I will find another time during the day to do it. I will do a breathing meditation.

i meditated in the morning for 15 minutes, before breakfast. we also did a 15 minute guided meditation in yoga class
i meditated for 15 minutes on saturday monring, but it was interrupted by my brother coming home. sunday i meditated for 15 minutes in the evening. tonight i meditated for 15 minutes in the evening. 2 days left.
15 minutes just now at 10:15pm
i did 15 minute meditation at 730am this morning. i feel like the time goes a little quicker now. im less restless and more content just to sit there and breathe, although my thoughts are still quite random

yesterday my meditation was interrupted by an unexpected visit from my cousin, and i didnt get chance to finish it. probably did 5 minutes or so. today i had a reiki session, which puts you in a somewhat meditative state

i meditated today and yesterday for 15 mins. im much more comfortable sitting in a cross legged position now. no problems. meditation today was difficult because there is a music festival about 15mins from my front door...

meditated for 15 minutes today and yesterday. happy to have sat still for 15 minutes, 8 days in a row, but i think i need to work on the quality of my mediation. i feel like im just going through the motions and need to focus on my breathing more.

Once again didn't get up at 730am, but managed to do 15 mins of meditation at about 9pm
Woke up too late again. However, I did fall asleep at a more reasonable hour. Hopefully the same will happen tonight and I will actually get myself up for 730am meditation as planned. Tonight I meditated for 15 minutes at about 10pm. I didn't get any pins and needles this time.
Woke up late again due to jetlag. Didn't sleep until past 3am. Did 15 minutes meditation at 9pm. Probably even more tired and distracted than yesterday due to 2 nights of poor sleep and full days of work. Got pins and needles in my right foot again.
Woke up late due to jetlag, so meditated around 745pm instead. Managed 15 mins, although I was groggy and distracted after a day at work, followed by grocery shopping, all with only 4-5 hours sleep. Suddenly needed the bathroom about half way through, but decided to sit through it due to it only being a relatively short meditation. Got pins and needles in my right foot, right at the end of the 15 minutes.
